DKSH, a leading speciality chemicals distributor and global provider of Market Expansion Services , and IBR, a leading manufacturer of proprietary natural actives, are extending the scope of their partnership to include distribution of IBR actives by DKSH sales team in India. DKSH will provide sales, marketing, logistics, and distribution services to IBR, benefiting from IBR's excellent technological developments, marketing and global distribution network and thereby support the company's global expansion. Under the arrangement, DKSH will distribute IBR's high performance and proprietary products to the personal care and cosmetics industries.
With India being a key growing market for personal care, the two companies teamed together to open and expend their presence there.
