As a new team member, we are proud to welcome at Cargill Beauty, Frédéric Niola, our new Innovation Director.



Frédéric Niola is a chemical engineer with a master of science in chemical engineering. He spent his whole 25 years career at L’Oreal in France and in the US. He started as Process Engineer, then occupied various roles in R&D, in the International Raw Materials department. 10 years ago, Frederic moved to purchasing, and was until now Director in the Global Purchasing department.

As a new team member, we are proud to welcome at Cargill Beauty, Gerry Nuovo, our new Sales Director for North& South America.



Gerry Nuovo has spent his career in the specialty chemicals industry and has more than 30 years of experience building businesses and commercializing new technologies across the cosmetic, personal care, household and Industrial & Institutional industries working for industry leaders, including Henkel, Firmenich, Codexis, Segetis and Rivertop Renewables. Gerry possesses extensive and diverse experience building, managing and leading global cross-functional and multicultural teams in new directions to meet and exceed business objectives growing businesses. He has built multi-million dollar income streams across the personal care and homecare industries.
