Title: Novel Odour Neutraliser That is Highly Effective Across a Wide Range of Applications and Odours

Abstract: Consumer awareness of hygiene and healthy indoor air quality has increased due to more time being spent at home. Therefore, the demand for innovative odour neutralising solutions has accelerated. We introduce our new multi-purpose and highly effective odour neutraliser that showcases excellent odour neutralising properties against a broad range of malodours at low inclusion levels and has high compatibility with a wide range of formulations. The product is compatible with anti-bacterial agents, high salt and high surfactant-based (non-ionic, anionic, and cationic) formulations.  Performance testing at low inclusion levels in air fresheners and liquid laundry detergent formulations exhibited significant improvements in reducing or neutralising various malodours versus a market equivalent. It is found to be stable over a wide pH range and effective in applications including fabric care, air fresheners (household, pet care, clothes, shoes), and hand dishwash liquids. Our multi-purpose and highly effective odour neutraliser allows formulators to meet the demands of today’s dynamic odour control market.
