Mrs. Anderson, Evonik has launched “intoCleaning”, a centralized customer platform for the cleaning industry. What is this platform? 

With intoCleaning we focus on bundling all relevant information about our products in a web-based portal. It is accessible 24/7, from anywhere and from any device. It has been launched during the American Cleaning Institute’s annual convention in January and is now available to all our customers! 

What are the benefits of this platform for users?

intoCleaning’s interactive design and easy navigation invites our customers to explore the platform and find the information they are looking for as soon as they need it. This decreases time from request to answer significantly. Browse through product categories or use the advanced search function, which not only searches for product names, but also suitable key terms. Product related downloads including available presentations or publications like brochures, catalogues and flyers are also available and can be downloaded if needed. Customers can complete the online research with a sample order for lab trials and new product developments.

Why do you consider digital customer interaction as a key success factor for your business?

In the age of digitalization people expect to find information of interest fast, anytime and anywhere – also in their business environment. We want our customers to easily find what they are looking for, therefore the core part of intoCleaning is a new Product Selection Tool.
