Processing instructions:
- Mix and heat the water phase to approximately 80°C.
- Combine Phase B ingredients in a separate vessel and heat to approximately 80°C while mixing.
- When all the ingredients are dissolved and dispersed, add Phase A to Phase B at approximately 600 rpm.
- Slowly cool the formulation while mixing.
- Add Phase C ingredients at approximately 40°C.
- Add back any water lost while mixing.
- Pour the formulation into final container while the formulation is still warm. Let the formulation sit overnight to achieve final viscosity.
