Manufacturing Process
- Heat the Phase A at 70 / 75 °C
- Heat the Phase B at 70 / 75 °C
- Combine the Phase A and the Phase B and Stir for 3 minutes
- Add the Phase C and Stir for 2 minutes
- Cool at 40 °C with slow agitation
- Add the Phase D
- Mix for 10 minutes
- Stir for 1 minutes

- Density: 0.994 g/ml (Pycnometer)
- Viscosity: 4100 cPs (Brookfiel DV-E, Spindle N.3, RPM 10)
- pH-value: 5.65 (pH-meter)
