Procedure
- Sprinkle Aristoflex over the water and stir until homogenous. Heat to 70°C
- Combine phase B and heat to 70°C
- Pour phase A into phase B and stir (400 rpm)
- Combine phase C and add while stirring
- Add each ingredient of phase D individually and mix until homogenous
- Check pH is at 5,5
Properties
- Appearance: Light yellow balm
- Viscosity (Brookfield, 20°C 20 rpm): 25.000 mPas
- Stability: Stable for at least 3 months at RT
- Safety: Passed EU Challenge test
