W = Water phase; T = Thickener phase; D = Detergent phase; P = Pigment phase

Procedure:

1. Heat up water phase (phase W) to 80°C.
2. Add thickener phase (phase T) to water phase under stirring with homogenizer at 10.000 rpm.
3. Homogenize for 2 min at 15.000 rpm until a lump-free gel is formed.
4. Cool down with IKA paddle stirrer at 200 rpm.
5. Add the detergent phase (phase D) at below 40°C and reduce the stirrer speed to 100 rpm.
6. At below 30°C add pigment phase (phase P).
7. Stir for a further 15 min until a homogeneous product is obtained.
