The hydrophilic cotton fiber absorbs, by contrast, water quite well inthe washing process, which makes the soil and stains easier to remove.By physical absorbing of Repel-O-Tex® Soil Release Soil Polymers (SRP) interactions between synthetic fabric and greasy soilare reduced and their surface hydrophilicity is enhanced making stain removal easier. Already at the first wash a strong adhesionof soil particles on the fibers is prevented and in the second the soil removal becomes much easier. In the followingwashing cycles the washing effect will be enhanced by obtaining the whiteness of the fibers without a build-up effect onthe surface.
