Astrid Wulfinghoff - Sales Director DACH - Graduated in Cosmetic Technology from the University of Lemgo in Germany, Astrid Wulfinghoff held various positions in sales and the application laboratory. Her career began in the personal care application laboratory at Zschimmer & Schwarz, before she joined Covestro in sales and Research & Development. Her appointment is a key element of our strategic initiative to expand and consolidate our existing markets in Europe. As Sales Director for the DACH region at Summit Cosmetics Europe, Astrid will play a key role in driving our growth and strengthening our presence in this area.
Franziska Gross - Product Manager - Franziska brings a wealth of experience to our team, having been engaged in Procurement and Supplier Management across different industries for more than 10 years. In the past few years, she worked as a Product Manager for IMCD in the Coatings & Construction sector. During this period, she gained extensive experience, especially in Supplier Management, working in multicultural teams, and the overall organization of a globally operating company.

Doris Mongué - European Supply Director - With dual competency in international procurement and polymer chemistry, and over a decade of experience, Doris has a solid track record in global strategic sourcing, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational transformation. She worked mostly in the chemical industry for leading companies such as BASF. In her new role, they will drive operational excellence across sourcing, marketing/communication, laboratory and quality/regulatory departments, while building our sourcing department and enhancing our innovation strategy .
