With a strong background in scaling fast-growing companies and leading successful teams, Jean-Baptiste brings deep experience in business development, customer relations, and strategic partnerships. He joins Coptis at a time of strong momentum, with a clear mission: to accelerate international expansion, strengthen brand presence, and further enhance customer experience across all markets.
This appointment comes as Coptis continues to experience sustained growth, driven by a strong focus on innovation, international expansion, and customer satisfaction. With offices in France, the United States, and Singapore, and over 4,500 users in 40+ countries, Coptis has recorded solid results over the past years, and is reinforcing its position as a trusted technology partner for cosmetic laboratories worldwide. Close collaboration with customers and long-standing industry partnerships remain key pillars of its growth and innovation strategy.
Before joining Coptis, Jean-Baptiste held several leadership roles at Singulart, a fast-growing contemporary art marketplace, where he successfully led cross-functional teams across Sales, Supply, Logistics, and Customer Care. As VP Sales & Operations, he managed over 40 employees and implemented performance-driven strategies that resulted in significant improvements in lead conversion, logistics cost reduction, and customer satisfaction. He also launched new offers and B2B business lines, generating €1m in annual sales.
Earlier in his career, Jean-Baptiste served as Country Manager for Life Project 4 Youth in Vietnam, a non-profit organization, where he led impactful social programs. He also worked as a Senior Analyst at Redbridge, advising major French corporates on financial structuring and treasury optimization.
