Marcus Mausberg retired as managing director of neochem after a total of 13 years in May of this year. In October, he will take over the management of mausberg consulting (www.mausberg-consulting.com), a recruiting and management consulting founded in 2016.

In addition, Marcus Mausberg will focus on the expansion of consulting activities in the Personal Care and HI & I industries and face the challenges of the 'war for talents'. "As a recruitment consultant, my job is often to calibrate the search for suitable talents. As with all other markets, supply and demand define the framework conditions. Marcus Mausberg has over thirty years of experience in the Personal Care and HI & I industries. Experiences as a product developer, sales and business development manager up to the founder and entrepreneur in the production of detergents and cleaning agents, as well as the distribution of specialty raw materials of applied chemistry, shaped his way. In these thirty years, Marcus Mausberg was able to build up a large network, especially in Europe, as well as in North and South America.
