BASF and 3Helix Inc., a U.S.-based technology start-up, announce their innovation partnership on 3Helix’s proprietary CHP technology. The partnership involves an equity investment and licensing agreement, granting BASF exclusive rights to commercialize CHP solutions for the personal care field.
BASF Services Europe GmbH today opened its new service Hub location in Berlin. BASF will use 15,000 square meters over eight floors in the SCALE office complex in the Prenzlauer Berg district.
BASF Personal Care has started the production of hand sanitizers at different production sites in Europe. The products are being provided free of charge to hospitals, care facilities and other institutions in regions surrounding production plants.
The European production sites for BASF’s personal care business are successfully implementing measures towards 2050 Net Zero goals.
