After a short summer break, Cosphatec GmbH's successful webinar series is starting again. Participants can look forward to exciting new insights on many raw materials and products for natural and sustainable cosmetics. 

Since its foundation in 2005, the innovative Cosphatec GmbH has been offering high-quality natural and sustainable raw materials for the cosmetics industry. With the aim of replacing questionable ingredients with natural raw materials, the Hamburg-based company strives not only to establish long-term partnerships with customers but also to pass on its own knowledge in order to o shape the industry sustainably together. Since its founding, the company has offered comprehensive customer service, consulting services and extensive tests, such as preservation load tests, to find the best possible protection for customer-specific formulations. 

Even before the corona pandemic, Cosphatec GmbH was working on the digitalisation of its own processes and at the same time created new additional support services for customers and interested parties. In addition to expanding online marketing, such as focusing on relevant social media channels that impart knowledge to followers with a mix of interactive and entertaining content, Cosphatec launched its own free webinar series for customers and interested parties on the topic of "Alternative preservation of cosmetic products". 

Driven by the lively participation and the positive feedback of the almost 3000 participants from over 50 countries, the webinars were continued from 7 September onwards. The Hamburg-based company will again offer interested parties from all over the world the opportunity to learn more about the stabilisation of cosmetic products with natural alternatives. In addition to the product presentation, information on production, advantages and disadvantages in relation to other raw materials as well as useful tips on formulation are fixed components of the free webinars. In addition to the information provided by the Cosphatec lecturers, interactive surveys for the participants are an integral part of the webinars. After each webinar, the experts take the time to answer any unanswered questions from the participants. 

The 30-minute webinars always take place on Wednesdays, on the #WebinarWednesday established by the company. Four time slots are offered per date in order to enable worldwide interested parties and customers to participate. After the event, participants will also have the chance to download the scripts of the webinar as a PDF or watch the webinar again on-demand. Participation is free of charge, but requires prior registration.
