Description of the Patented Technology
Cells are taken from a single fish and are used to produce an infinite number of additional cells. This eliminates the need to slaughter any additional fish or other animals. The extracted cells contain all the functional materials for proper cellular functioning. All these functional materials are extracted and transformed into sustainable, nature-balanced biopeptide complexes with biocompatible skin-loving benefits. The production process occurs in a clean, sterile environment and is traceable from the starting cells to the final product.
Marine Biodiversity and Sustainability
This pioneering technology allows us to benefit from the biologically identical peptide from fish without depleting the ocean. It supports marine biodiversity and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals: “Life Below Water” and “Responsible Consumption and Production”.
Cell-identical Multi-peptides produced using this method reduce GHG emission by 75%, compared to traditional marine peptides or 98% compared to bovine peptides.
Consumer Receptiveness
A laboratory in the US conducted the consumer test. Participants were given a rich cream containing 1% ZelluGEN™ without any label. They applied it to their faces twice daily for 21 days and responded to surveys on Days 1, 7, 14, and 21.
