  1. Prepare water in the vessel and add ingredients of phase A while mixing
  2. Add the ingredients of phase B in given order. Mix well after each addition
  3. Premix phase C by warming Eumulgin® CO 40 until clear and stirring in the perfume. Then add it to the batch
  4. Add the ingredient of phase D. Mix well
  5. Adjust the pH to 4.5 - 5.0 with citric acid
  6. Add Glucamate™ DOE-120 Syrup Thickener to adjust viscosity

Technical Data

  • Appearance: clear, light yellow, viscous fluid
  • pH value: 4.5 – 5.0

Formulation Stability

Successfully passed internal stress test (3 months at 5 °C, 25 °C and 40 °C)

Microbiological Stability

Successfully passed microbial challenge test (ISO 11930)
