Procedure
- Weigh in ingredients of A
- Heat up to 60 °C under stirring until a homogenous mixture is obtained
- Weigh in ingredients of B
- Heat up to 40 °C under stirring to get a homogenous solution
- Combine A and B without stirring, then homogenize with a high shear mixer
- Cool down to room temperature while stirring
- Add components of C to AB while stirring

- Appearance: white, thin lotion
- pH value: approx. 6.5
Formulation Stability
Successfully passed internal stress test (6 weeks at 45 °C and 5 freeze-thaw cycles -18/ +45 °C)
Microbiological Stability
Successfully passed microbial challenge test (Ph. Eur. 5.1.3/current version)
