Procedure:
- Begin mixing water at 500 RPM and heat to 50°C (optional to speed hydration of PQ-10).
- Sift in UCARE™ Extreme Polymer. Mix until solution goes clear.
- Turn off heat and add surfactants in phase B one at a time while cooling.
- Add phase C one at a time while cooling.
- Add phase D if scalp neutral pH is desired (pH 5.5). Without citric acid adjustment, pH is about 8.5 (clarifying).
