Product Features
- Appearance: Brown emulsion
- Viscosity: Approx. 20,000-40,000 mPas (Brookfield TF, speed 10) Stability: Stable for more than 3 months at 4°C, 20°C and 40°C.
Manufacturing Procedure
- Heat ingredients of phase A to 50°C and stir until dissolved.
- Place phase B into the vessel and heat to 50°C while stirring. Add ingredients of phase B1 in given order.
- Grind phase B2 and add to B/ B1. Homogenize completed phase B.
- Emulsify phase A slowly to phase B while stirring.
- Homogenize. Cool down to room temperature while stirring. Add part C below 40°C.
