Manufacturing Process
- Heat Phase A at 70 °C
- Heat Phase B at 70 °C
- Combine the Phase A with the Phase B and stir for 5 minutes
- Cool at 40 °C with slow agitation
- Add the Phase C
- Mix for 10 minutes
- Add the Phase D
- Stir for 2 minutes
- Mix for 10 minutes
Properties
- Density: 0.989 g/ml (Pycnometer)
- Viscosity: 29,700 cPs (Brookfiel DV-E, Spindle N.5, RPM 10)
- pH-value: 6.04 (pH-meter)
