Procedure
- Sprinkle Aristoflex over the water and stir until homogenous.
- Combine phase B and pour into phase A while stirring (400 rpm)
- Combine phase C and add while stirring (200rpm)
- Add each ingredient of phase D individually and mix until homogenous
- Check pH is at 5,5
Properties
- Appearance: Off-white cream
- Viscosity (Brookfield, 20°C 20 rpm): 25.000 mPas
- pH: 5,5 – 6,0
- Stability: Stable for at least 3 months at RT, 40°C and cycles
- Safety: Passed EU Challenge test
