Procedure

  1. Mix components of phase A at 70 °C
  2. Mix components of phase B at 70 °C
  3. Add phase B to A and homogenize
  4. Cool down while stirring
  5. Add phase C to AB
  6. Adjust pH to 6.5 if necessary
  7. Wait one day for final viscosity

Technical Data

  • Appearance: viscous emulsion, yellowish with light green touch
  • pH value: approx. 6.5

Formulation Stability

Successfully passed internal stress test (6 weeks at 45 °C and 5 freeze-thaw cycles -18/ +45 °C)

Microbiological Stability

Successfully passed microbial challenge test (Ph. Eur. 5.01.03/current version)
