Procedure:

  1. Disperse CELLOSIZE™ PCG-10 into a water vortex (500 rpm) until complete.
  2. Add glycerin and adjust pH with TEA to 6.5-7 to get phase A.
  3. Heat phase A to 70-80°C in a water bath.
  4. Weigh phase B ingredients in a separate beaker and heat to 70-80°C in a water bath.
  5. Add phase B to phase A under mixing (700-1200 rpm). Mix for an additional 5 min at 1500-2000 rpm.
  6. Remove from heat and add phase C ingredients under mixing.
  7. Cool down to room temperature.
