Procedure:
- Phase A: Weigh water into a vessel and begin heating to 80°C.
- Phase B: Pre- mix Phase B until a slurry is formed. Add Phase B to Phase A under high sheer. Mix phase AB for 20 minutes whilst holding the heat at 80°C.
- Phase C: Pre-mix Phase C and heat to 60°C. Mix gently until homogenous. Add Phase C to Phase AB and continue to mix until homogenous.
- Phase D: Add Phase D to Phase ABC, one by one. Continue to mix until homogenous.
- Phase E: Pre-mix scrubs and add to Phase ABCD. Mix for 30 seconds (to prevent the rice cooking) and pour in to moulds to set. De-hydrate @ 40°C for 24H, then at 25°C for 4-6 days..
