Procedure
- Phase A: Add Xanthan Gum to Water and allow to swell at RT while stirring.
- Add phase B to phase A and mix until homogeneous.
- Add euxyl ® ECO 910 and mix until homogeneous.
- Adjust pH with citric acid to 4.7 – 5.0
