W = Water phase; T = Thickener phase; D = Detergent phase; B= Beads phase; P = Perfume phase
Procedure:
- Heat up water phase (phase W) to 80°C.
- Add thickener phase (phase T) to water phase under stirring with IKA paddle stirrer at 200 rpm.
- Cool down with IKA paddle stirrer at 200 rpm.
- Add detergent phase (phase D) at below 40°C and reduce the stirrer speed to 100 rpm.
- At below 40°C add Alpin Heilmoor Extract™ (phase B).
- At below 30°C add perfume phase (phase P).
- Stir for another 15 min until a homogeneous product is obtained.
