Specifications
- pH value (25°C): 6.40–6.80
- Viscosity (Brookfield; DV-III Ultra; spindle RV06; 10 rpm; 25°C): 62 000–68 000 mPas
Performance
- SPF in silico (BASF Sunscreen Simulator – in silico determination of the sun protection factor): 51
- SPF in vivo (ISO 24444 – in vivo determination of the sun protection factor): 64

Manufacturing Process
- Heat up phase A to 80°C.
- Heat up phase B to 80°C.
- Add phase A slowly to phase B under homogenization at lower speed (8000rpm).
- The emulsion has the consistency of a gel.
- Cool down with gentle stirring (200rpm) at room temperature (< 30°C) Add Tinosorb M under stirring, stirr 15 min.
- Then add Tinosorb A2B under stirring, stirr 15 min.
- Then add the rest of the ingredients of part C in the listed order under stirring. Adjust pH to 6.5–7.00.
- Continue stirring for a while.
