It is well known to the public nowadays that excess Ultraviolet
(UV) radiation from Sun exposure can be harmful to human
skin. Sunscreens have been widely used by consumers to protect
the skin against sunburn and more importantly chronic 
sun-induced skin damage. However, UV light constitutes
about only 7 % of the total solar radiation that reaches the
surface of the Earth. Infrared (IR) light, on the other hand,
constitutes approximately 50 % of solar radiation.
