The theme of this year’s Congress is "Biodiversity and Cosmetics: Reaching Sustainable Technologies". Can you tell us some of the program highlights?
The first highlight is the Pre-Congress, where you will get your first experience with the event and space. During this 4 days, you will have contact with the most experienced keynote speakers and high-level participants in an environment conducive to network. It will be more than 50 scientific papers (podium) and more than 400 scientific papers (poster), 02 educational workshops by Boticário and L’Oréal, CHF20,000.00 (Swiss Francs) Awards, 24 stands at tradeshow exhibition area, social events exploring the beauty of touristic places in the city of Iguazu Falls.
Why should delegates visit the Congress?
It’s going to be the biggest IFSCC event realized in Brazil. You will experience the Brazilian caring way of holding an event. You will explore papers about biodiversity with focus on technologies that support one world sustainable. A really hard challenge for cosmetics.
Are there still sponsorships available and space for exhibitors?
Yes, but just a few. We only have 3 categories available. We don’t have exhibition spaces available anymore. All the main companies of the world in cosmetics are going to be there. it’s going to be the biggest congress ever of IFSCC.
The location of the Congress is Iguazu Falls. What can the attendees look forward to?
When you think about Brazil you only think in Rio de Janeiro, samba, beaches and Caipirinha. But sometimes the visitors forget that Brazil has one of the new natural seven wonders of the world, Iguazu Falls, which is also a fantastic city. You will never forget the falls and the toucan, the specific bird that lives in this area of the Atlantic Rainforest. There is one specific natural park only to get in touch with the toucan. As you come to the city you will discover a lot of attractions and possibilities. It’s a touristic city prepared to receive foreigners. The event is going to explore some of the attractions, we’ve prepared some social events in these places.
