Sanford Browne, with 20 years at Proctor & Gamble and Unilever, joined L’Oréal in 2013 as Vice President of Research & Innovation (R&I) in China. After driving tailored innovations that boosted growth in China, and establishing research hubs in China, Japan, South Korea, Bangalore, and Singapore, he returned to North America as R&I President in 2021. Browne now focuses on cutting-edge science and technology to seize the consumer shifts in inclusivity, personalization, and sustainability, while serving on L'Oréal's U.S. Strategic and Global R&I Management Committees.
