Mirapol® Surf N: next generation biodegradable & natural performance polymer for hard surface care applications

We introduce Mirapol® Surf N, our next generation performance polymer for hard surface care applications. Building upon the success of the Mirapol® Surf S line, this innovative polymer combines outstanding performance with an enhanced environmental profile. Based on Solvay guar technologies the polymer is more than 90% derived from natural raw materials and is inherently ultimately biodegradable, representing a significant improvement over traditional synthetic acrylic copolymers used in hard surface care products.

Addition of Mirapol® Surf N to hard surface cleaners imparts hydrophilization and surface protection benefits to the products. It delivers immediate improvements in surface aesthetics, leaving behind shinier and streak-free clean surfaces, even on modern surfaces such as PMMA. Furthermore, its long-term effects prevent soil incrustation, leading to surfaces that stay cleaner for extended periods and are easier to clean. This results in surfaces that remain cleaner for longer, and that are easier to clean. It helps to simplify and make the cleaning routine more sustainable for consumers and professional users.

In this presentation, we will highlight the key features of Mirapol® Surf N. We will describe formulation guidelines and introduce some finished formula examples such as multi-purpose cleaners and shower cleaners.

Finally, we will show how the use of Mirapol® Surf N goes beyond improving the composition of cleaning ingredients, contributing to the overall sustainability of hard surface cleaning.
