The Society of Cosmetic Chemists (SCC) announces its Call for Papers for podium presentations at the Annual Scientific Meeting & Technology Showcase, December 17-18, 2019 at the Sheraton New York Times Square.
 
Now in its 73rd year, the annual meeting is where scientists, academicians, policy makers and other stakeholders in the cosmetics and personal care community convene to share the information, research and innovation impacting the future of the industry.
 
“The SCC Call for Papers receives abstracts from the industry’s top professionals on cutting edge research and technology within cosmetics and personal care,” said Erica O’Grady, CAE, Executive Director/CEO of the Society. “Our outstanding scientific program and technology showcase are developed from these submissions.”
 
This year, SCC is looking for submissions covering formulation, sustainability, regulatory, safety, and/or claims specific to the following topics:
• CBD
• Hair Care Innovations
• Color Cosmetics Innovations
• Beauty Devices
• Skin Care & Anti-Aging
• The Effects of Light
• Skin Microbiome
• Green/Sustainable Formulations
