Processing instructions:

  1. Mix and heat the water phase to approximately 80°C.
  2. Combine Phase B ingredients in a separate vessel and heat to approximately 80°C while mixing.
  3. When all the ingredients are dissolved and dispersed, add Phase A to Phase B at approximately 600 rpm.
  4. Slowly cool the formulation while mixing.
  5. Add Phase C ingredients at approximately 40°C.
  6. Add back any water lost while mixing.
  7. Pour the formulation into final container while the formulation is still warm. Let the formulation sit overnight to achieve final viscosity.
