For more than 18 years, Pavel Dlubal has been the Managing Director of Nordmann Czech Republic. On April 1 of this year, the baton will be passed to his successor Robert Nahapetjan.

Pavel Dlubal took leave of his colleagues by saying: “It has been an honor and a great pleasure to be part of this highly motivated and professional team. I have never experienced a company with such a nice family spirit and corporate culture. Great colleagues with very capable management and inspiring owners – this will be how I remember Nordmann. Thank you so much for the wonderful times I’ve been able to share with you.”
The new managing director of Nordmann Czech Republic will be Robert Nahapetjan, who joined Nordmann in 2019 as a technical sales and product manager for Elastomers, Oleochemicals and Lubricants.
Mr. Nahapetjan brings years of experience in both sales and purchasing to the Czech team. Before he joined Nordmann, he worked as a sales manager and a business development manager for Czech and US companies in the technical field as well as construction.
“We are sure that Robert Nahapetjan is the right person to take over this important position and we wish him every success in his new role with the Nordmann Czech Republic team,” concludes Dr. Gerd Bergmann.
