Procedure
- Take phase A in MV and heat it up to 80°C until melt properly. Take phase B (previously sieved) and add into MV Mix well. Cool MV to 60°C.
- Take phase C previously mixed under stirring and add into MV at temperature 60°C or below and mix well.
- Add Phase D & Phase E into MV and mix well at temperature 60°C and below.
- Add ingredients of Phase F to MV sequentially with constant mixing.
- Cool down the MV to about 45-50°C and then add Phase G ingredients with a gentle mixing. Fill in the appropriate containers at the same temperature.
